01 · Supplier passport
We check. We date it.
We say what we
did not check.
Mandatory checks, each dated. Never sold.

The three checks
What is verified, and for how long.
01 · Registration and factory
Is the company real, and is the factory where it says?
Registration checked against the government registry. The factory seen on a walkthrough filmed by the supplier, with the phone's location matched to the registered address.
Tax registration and company number, and the export licence for exporters, each dated. The walkthrough is filmed by the supplier on a day it chooses, its location matched to the registered address, and reviewed by TextileFlow. Counts only for the factory shown. A changed address or a lapsed walkthrough narrows the badge, and both the supplier and TextileFlow are told. Buyers see the dated check, never the footage.
02 · Certificates
Are the certificates authentic and current?
Checked on the issuing scheme's database, and shown only while current.
Where a scheme has no database, the certificate is marked “reported by supplier”. The scheme's mark shows only while the certificate is checked and current. Certificates are checked per order, never as a blanket promise.
03 · How long
How long does each check stand?
Registration and factory stand 12 months. Certificates stand until their own expiry.
Each check carries its date on the passport. When it lapses, it is checked again; until then the badge narrows to what still stands.
What verified means
All checks complete and dated.
Partial verification is stated on the passport, for example “1 of 2 factories”. “Verification covers only what was checked, on that date — not quality, delivery, finances or compliance.” Verification opens the Network listing only; a buyer may connect with any supplier.
What verified does not mean
Not a warranty of quality, delivery, payment or compliance.
Capacity, floor photos and output are always marked “reported by supplier”. No check promises orders, samples or quality. Buyers judge those on the samples, inspections and tests agreed for each order.

06 · Renewal
Verified each year.
- The passport shows each check's expiry date.
- An alert to the supplier before any check or certificate expires.
- A changed address or lapsed certificate shown to both parties.
- Falsified records or repeated failures may lead to suspension or removal.
- A walkthrough covers only the factory shown in the footage.
