Structured sourcing brief

Submit a home textile RFQ for India sourcing.

Tell us what you need to source, the quantities, standards, packaging, target date, and commercial constraints. TextileFlow turns that into a supplier-ready brief and routes it through the secure buyer workspace.

What to prepare

A useful RFQ is specific enough to quote.

If you already have a tech pack, artwork, labelling brief, or approved sample reference, include it. If not, the first brief can still capture the commercial and compliance requirements.

  • Product category, size, construction, fabric, GSM, colour, and finish
  • Target order quantity, sample quantity, and expected repeat volume
  • Packaging, labelling, barcode, carton, and retail-readiness requirements
  • Product or material certification needs, such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, or GRS
  • Facility audit, destination-market testing, and order-document requirements
  • Target price, delivery window, destination market, and preferred incoterms

After submission

The brief moves into a sourcing workflow.

01

Brief captured cleanly

Your requirement is structured before it is shared with suppliers, so the quote can be compared against a clear spec.

02

Best-fit supplier matched

TextileFlow routes the RFQ to a manufacturer that fits the category, MOQ, capacity, lead time, and documented compliance requirement.

03

Quote and next steps tracked

Pricing, lead time, sampling, production milestones, and documents move into the buyer workspace for follow-up.
