We collect the supplier's quote and rebuild it into one clear format — unit price, MOQ, lead time, fabric detail, payment terms, sampling cost, packaging assumptions, and production milestones.

The quote is checked for completeness and presented in a consistent format for commercial review.

Step 04 — Sample Approval

Approve the Product Before Production

A physical sample to approve before bulk — handle, colour, stitching, dimensions, GSM, finish.

Before bulk production begins, a physical sample is submitted for approval. Review the handle, colour, stitching, dimensions, GSM, and finish.

The approved sample becomes the physical reference for production and later inspection activity.

Step 05 — Purchase Order

Confirm the Order

You issue the PO; the supplier confirms quantities, pricing, and delivery timeline.

With the quote and sample approved, you issue the Purchase Order and the supplier confirms quantities, pricing, delivery timeline, and final specifications.

The agreed commercial and technical terms are recorded before production begins.

Step 06 — Production Tracking

Track Manufacturing Progress

Production tracked stage by stage — yarn, weaving, dyeing, stitching, finishing, packing.

Once the purchase order is confirmed, the order is tracked across the relevant production stages — yarn and greige readiness, weaving or knitting, dyeing, stitching, finishing, and packing.

Structured progress updates keep timing changes, supporting records, and next actions visible to the buyer.

Step 07 — Quality Control

Check Quality Before Dispatch

Checked mid-production and again before dispatch, against the sample you approved.

Quality is checked in two places: mid-production, and again before the goods leave. Final QC matches the finished product to the sample you approved — colour, size, stitching, handle, finishing, packing, and labelling.

Mid-stage checks can identify issues before production is complete. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged where required.

Step 08 — Shipment Coordination

Prepare for Dispatch

Packing, cartons, shipping documents, and handover to freight — coordinated for you.

With final QC cleared, dispatch begins. We coordinate packing confirmation, carton details, shipping documents, and handover between supplier and freight.

Packing and dispatch records are reviewed against the agreed order and logistics requirements before handover.
