How TextileFlow works

TextileFlow workflow

Three routes, one workspace

Where you start depends on what you already have.

The eight steps below describe TextileFlow’s managed sourcing route from end to end. Buyers who bring their own manufacturers, or who find one on TextileFlow, join the same workflow further along.

  • You already know your suppliers

Connect the manufacturers you work with and run orders, samples, production, quality and documents in one place. The steps below are the managed route; with your own suppliers you start at the purchase order.

    Create a buyer workspace
  • You want to find new manufacturers

Signed-in buyers can search manufacturers that chose to be visible on TextileFlow, filtered by product, process, material, certification and capacity, then request a connection. The manufacturer decides whether to accept, and TextileFlow approves the relationship before it becomes active. Nothing is matched automatically and nobody pays for placement.

    Sign up to search manufacturers
  • You want TextileFlow to run it

Send a requirement and the TextileFlow team handles supplier selection, sampling, production follow-up, inspections and compliance. That is the route the eight steps below describe in full.

    Submit an RFQ

Manufacturers can register a supplier workspace themselves. Joining is open to any manufacturer and is not the same as TextileFlow verification, which is evidence we check and state the scope of.
