For manufacturers and exporters
Work with buyers and manage textile orders in one shared workspace.
Keep company information, specifications, samples, production updates, quality actions and shipment documents organised across your buyer relationships — without answering the same questions for every buyer.
Free to join. Registering does not guarantee orders, and is not the same as being verified.
What TextileFlow is
TextileFlow is a shared workspace for a buyer and a supplier working on the same textile order. Instead of tracking specifications, sample decisions, production progress and shipment documents across email, spreadsheets and messaging apps, both sides work from one record that says what was agreed, what has happened, what evidence supports it, and what is needed next.
TextileFlow is not a marketplace and not a party to your transaction. The commercial relationship stays between you and your buyer.
Why you may have been invited
- A buyer invited youA buyer you already work with wants to manage their orders with you in TextileFlow.
- TextileFlow invited youWe are coordinating a sourcing requirement for a buyer and your company was selected.
- You are joining independentlyYou can create an account and complete your company profile before any buyer connects with you.
- You are claiming an existing profileWhere TextileFlow already holds a profile for your company, you can claim it rather than creating a duplicate.
All four routes lead to the same supplier account and the same onboarding. Claim an existing profile if you believe we already hold a record for your company.
Already invited? Open the secure link in the invitation email. That link carries the private token that identifies the organisation and cannot be replaced by a generic web page. If it has expired or is missing, ask the inviter or TextileFlow to send a fresh one.

How a buyer connection works
A buyer and a supplier can only work together once both organisations have registered, completed the required onboarding, and consented to the connection — and once TextileFlow has verified that these are the exact legal organisations intended. Nobody can connect to your company without your acceptance.
That check exists to prevent connections to the wrong factory, duplicate company records, and invitations sent under a company’s name without its knowledge.
What verification means
Your account status and your verification status are separate. Registering makes you a candidate with self-declared information. Beyond that, TextileFlow records what has actually been checked: evidence reviewed, a facility assessed, or performance demonstrated through completed orders. Each is recorded against the exact entity, facility and scope it covers.
Verification is never sold, and paying for any TextileFlow service does not influence it. Your own claims and TextileFlow’s checks are always shown separately, so a buyer can tell which is which.
Common questions
- Does registering cost anything?
- No. Core supplier participation is free. You are not charged to respond to a buyer's workflow or to maintain your account. If you ever ask us for a paid service, that is agreed separately in writing.
- Does registering guarantee orders?
- No. Registering creates your account and lets a buyer connect with you. It is not a promise of orders, buyer leads or a marketplace listing.
- Is registering the same as being verified?
- No. Verification is separate and evidence-based, and it is never sold. A registered supplier starts as a candidate; evidence checks and site assessments are recorded against the exact legal entity, facility and scope they cover.
- What can buyers see?
- A buyer you are connected to sees the company information, capabilities, capacity and evidence on your profile. Buyers never see your other buyer relationships, and nothing is shared with a buyer before you accept the connection.
- What can TextileFlow see?
- TextileFlow administrators verify the identity of both organisations before a connection is activated. That identity check does not give ordinary TextileFlow staff access to your private commercial workflow with a buyer.
- What if my country does not issue a company registration number?
- Tell us why in the space provided. We record the reason rather than demanding an identifier that does not exist in your jurisdiction.
- Can I stop partway through?
- Yes. Each section saves on its own, so you can complete onboarding across several sittings, including from a phone.
