The Supplier Network

We don’t list factories. We qualify them.

A small, hand-vetted network — matched to your order, never a list.

  • Six-stage vetting
  • On-site factory visits
  • Scope-checked documents
  • Audits & testing on request
Our Approach

A small network, deliberately.

The volume platform

Access is broad; qualification stays with the buyer.

  • Self-registration and pay-to-appear listings
  • Buyer-led qualification and evidence review
  • Supplier-fit risk retained by the buyer
The TextileFlow model

One protocol, passed before any supplier takes an order.

  • One admission protocol, no exceptions
  • Every factory seen in person before it quotes
  • We carry the vetting — not you
01

Qualified, not listed

No self-registration, no pay-to-appear. The evidence still comes to you.

02

Seen in person

We review the site in person; formal audits stay independent.

03

Matched to your market

RFQ requirements matched to documented capability and current scope.

The Vetting Protocol

Six stages. No shortcuts.

  1. 01

    Identity & Standing

Legal identity, ownership, and financial standing reviewed first.

  2. 02

    Capability & Capacity

Machinery, lines, and capacity checked against stated capability.

  3. 03

    On-Site Visit

The facility, equipment, and working practices seen directly.

  4. 04

    Social & Ethical

Social evidence reviewed; independent audits where required.

  5. 05

    Sampling & Lab Testing

Fibre, weight, and colour fastness proven by sampling and lab testing.

  6. 06

    Documents & Traceability

Holder, site, scope, and status checked with the issuer.

Six stages complete means a documented onboarding record on file.

Compliance records

Standards, audits and product evidence.

Different evidence does different jobs — an audit is not a certificate.

infoA certificate applies only to what its scope shows; an audit is a separate record. Read the certificate scope guide or compare supplier audit evidence.

Supplier Operating Standard

The standards every supplier must meet.

Supplier approval is not permanent. Capability, compliance and order performance are reviewed throughout the relationship.

Verified capability

Factory capacity, product experience and production capability must match the work assigned.

Current compliance records

Certificates and audit records are checked for the correct holder, production site, scope and expiry date.

Order-specific quality control

Inspection requirements are set according to the product, buyer specification and order risk.

Reliable production and dispatch

Milestones, delays and dispatch commitments are tracked for each order.

Accurate order documents

Specifications, approvals, compliance records and shipment documents must remain complete and consistent.

Timely communication

Questions, delays and corrective actions must be addressed within agreed working-day timeframes.

How the standard is maintained

Performance is reviewed

Capability, compliance status, delivery and quality performance are reassessed over time.

Issues require corrective action

Every identified issue must have a recorded action, responsible owner and verification step.

Repeated failures have consequences

Material ethical breaches, falsified records or repeated performance failures may lead to suspension or removal from the network.
