Joining as a supplier

Claim your company’s existing profile

TextileFlow sometimes records a supplier before anyone from that company has an account. If that is your company, claim the profile rather than creating a second one.

What happens after you send this

  1. 1A TextileFlow administrator reads your claim and looks for a matching record. This is done by a person, not automatically.
  2. 2If we can confirm you represent the company, we email an invitation link to the business address you gave — and only to that address.
  3. 3You set a password on that link, which creates the first account for the organisation. Until then nothing changes and you get no access.
  4. 4You then complete onboarding as any supplier does. Claiming a profile is not verification and does not connect you to any buyer.

We will not tell you whether TextileFlow holds a profile for a company, and we reply the same way to every claim. That is deliberate: it stops this form being used to find out which companies are on the platform.

Use your company address. We send the invitation here and nowhere else.

For example: a company web page listing you, an export document, or a buyer who can confirm it.

Already have an invitation? Open the secure link in your invitation email. If it is missing or expired, see how to request a fresh link. You do not need to make a claim.

No profile exists and you want to join? Create a supplier account. It is free, and registering does not commit you to any order.
